The Services are provided by qualified and experienced life coaches (the “Coaches”) who are independent contractors and not employees or agents of the Website. The Coaches are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of the Services they provide.

The Website does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the use of the Services. The Services are intended for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Users are responsible for their own actions and decisions and should consult with a qualified professional before making any changes to their lives.

User Responsibilities

To use the Services, Users must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Users must also provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account, purchasing a Service, or communicating with a Coach.

Users must respect the privacy and confidentiality of the Coaches and other Users and must not disclose any personal or sensitive information without their consent. Users must also comply with any rules or guidelines set by the Coaches for their coaching sessions or programs.

Users must not use the Services for any illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes or in any way that violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations. Users must not interfere with the operation of the Website or the Services or attempt to access or modify any data or content that is not intended for them.

Payment Terms

The fees for the Services are displayed on the Website and may vary depending on the type, duration, and frequency of the Service. The fees are subject to change at any time without notice. Users must pay the fees in full before receiving the Service.

The Website accepts various payment methods, such as credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Cash, etc. The payment processing is handled by third-party service providers who are responsible for the security and privacy of the payment information. The Website does not store or access any payment information.

The Website may offer refunds, credits, discounts, or other incentives at its sole discretion. The Website may also charge additional fees or penalties for late payments, cancellations, no-shows, or other violations of these Terms.

Cancellations

If a User cancels a coaching session or program within the allowed time frame, they may receive a full or partial refund or credit for future use. If a User cancels a coaching session or program after the allowed time frame or does not show up for a scheduled session, they may forfeit their payment and lose their access to the Service.

If a Coach cancels a coaching session or program due to unforeseen circumstances, they will notify the User as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or refund the User’s payment.

Termination

The Website may terminate or suspend a User’s account or access to the Services at any time without notice if:

• The User breaches these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations;

• The User engages in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities;

• The User harms or threatens to harm the Website, the Coaches, other Users, or any third parties;

• The User violates the rights or interests of the Website, the Coaches, other Users, or any third parties;

• The User’s payment is declined, disputed, reversed, or charged back;

• The User’s account is inactive for an extended period of time; or

• The Website decides to discontinue or modify the Services for any reason.

Upon termination or suspension of a User’s account or access to the Services:

• The User will lose their access to their account and any Services they have purchased;

• The User will not receive any refunds, credits, discounts, or other incentives for any unused Services;

• The User will remain liable for any fees, charges, penalties, or liabilities incurred before or after the termination; and

• The User will not be able to create a new account or access the Services again without the Website’s permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Website and the Coaches provide the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied. The Website and the Coaches do not warrant that the Services will meet the User’s expectations, needs, or requirements, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate.

The Website and the Coaches are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or losses arising from or relating to the use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to:

• Any personal injury, death, property damage, or emotional distress;

• Any loss of revenue, profit, data, goodwill, or reputation;

• Any errors, mistakes, inaccuracies, omissions, delays, or failures in the Services;

• Any unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the User’s information or content;

• Any disputes, conflicts, or issues between the User and a Coach or another User; or

• Any acts or omissions of any third parties involved in providing the Services.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Website and the Coaches from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, or damages arising from or relating to:

• The User’s use of or inability to use the Services;

• The User’s breach of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations;

• The User’s violation of the rights or interests of the Website, the Coaches, other Users, or any third parties; or

• The User’s involvement in any disputes, conflicts, or issues with a Coach or another User.

The User’s sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using the Services and request a refund if applicable.

Success Disclaimer

The Website and the Coaches do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the use of the Services. The User understands and agrees that:

• The Services are intended for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment;

• The User is responsible for their own actions and decisions and should consult with a qualified professional before making any changes to their lives;

• The User’s success depends on various factors beyond the control of the Website and the Coaches, such as their motivation, commitment, effort, skills, abilities, circumstances, etc.; and

• The Website and the Coaches are not responsible for any success or failure that the User may experience as a result of using the Services.

The Website may change or update these Terms at any time without notice. The User agrees to review these Terms periodically and to be bound by the most current version of these Terms.
